Training

Once your company workspace has been created, you may contact your Customer Success Specialist to set up training for your users. Exos offers awareness training for two kinds of programs:

1. HIPAA Awareness Training
2. Cybersecurity Awareness Training

The training programs are curated by Exos and operate on a predefined cadence. When a training module is completed, an employee certificate of completion is generated and can be uploaded as evidence in Exos.

HIPAA Awareness Training

Exos provides an annual HIPAA awareness training program to all users at no additional cost.

Content

The HIPAA Awareness Training program covers three (3) core topics of HIPAA compliance:

1. Accidents – Illustrates an accident due to the lack of adherence to HIPAA mandates.
2. Accountability – Explores the accountability and consequences of accidents.
3. Adherence – Educates on HIPAA mandates and following the plan.

Cadence

When a new employee is added to a company, you may contact your Customer Success Specialist to enrol them in the HIPAA Awareness Training. Employees enrolled in the HIPAA Awareness Training program will receive all modules within seven (7) days.

If an employee does not complete a training module within this timeframe, they will be reminded via email to complete the module.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Exos provides a monthly cybersecurity awareness training program to all users at no additional cost.

Content

The Cybersecurity Awareness Training program begins by covering four (4) core modules.

1. Passphrase Protection
2. Proactive Cybersecurity Awareness
3. Spear Phishing and Social Media Safety
4. Business Email Compromise

The Cybersecurity Awareness Training program continues on a cadence that covers cybersecurity topics and educates employees on new cyberattack mechanisms. This program focuses on the continuous learning of cybersecurity awareness to ensure employees mitigate exposure to cyberattacks.

Cadence

When a new employee is added to a company, you may contact your Customer Success Manager to enrol them in the Cybersecurity Awareness Training. Employees enrolled in the Cybersecurity Awareness Training program will receive the core modules within the 14 days.

If an employee does not complete a training module within this timeframe, they will be reminded via email to complete the module.

The Cybersecurity Awareness Training program continuously educates employees on a monthly basis. Each month, employees will receive the following training resources.

1. The first Tuesday of the month: A training module with an engaging video and brief questionnaire.
2. The second Tuesday of the month: An infographic on lessons related to the monthly module.
3. The third Tuesday of the month: A key principal related to the monthly module.
